Meet Randy
RANDY PARKER | FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
With more than 30 years of experience and involvement in over 400 projects, Randy brings a rare depth of construction knowledge gained from working through nearly every aspect of residential building—from concrete and framing to estimating, project management, development, and general contracting.
Born and raised in Montana, Randy understands the realities of building in the West because he lives them every day. From snow loads and freezing temperatures to drainage, water management, and challenging site conditions, he brings practical experience shaped by decades of working in Montana's unique environment.
His approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, build the right team, and do the work the right way. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all process, Randy focuses on understanding each client's goals and assembling the professionals best suited for the project.
Outside of construction, Randy and his wife Lori have called Montana home their entire lives. They enjoy the same outdoor lifestyle many of their clients are building for—spending time with family, watching Griz football, hunting, fishing, and enjoying everything that makes Montana a special place to live.
For Randy, building a home isn't just about construction. It's about helping people create a place where Montana memories are made for generations.
