As the President, Randy has developed Red Ladder Construction as a company that prides itself on hard work, honesty and a strong sense of community. Having been mentored by master builders in Missoula with a tradition of strong work ethic, cleanliness and courtesy.

Red Ladder Construction is a reliable company, proudly servicing Missoula and Western Montana. We continue to exert the same level of hard work and dedication to ensure quality projects; which is what got us here in the first place.

Randy was born in Montana, living in Missoula most of his life. Randy is has been married to Lori for 30+ years and has four amazing kids - Zachary, Kyle, Joey, and Alexandria. He enjoys everything outdoors from hunting and fishing, to spending time with friends and family hiking and biking. Randy loves to travel with his family, spending some alone time riding his Harley, and cheering on the University of Montana Grizzly's.
